Moscow: Kiev and its Western sponsors provoke bloodshed, are directly responsible ― RT News

Kiev’s government and its western allies bear full responsibility for the recent bloodshed in Ukraine, Russia’s presidential spokesman has said, adding it is now impossible to convince people in the region to disarm because their lives are under threat.

Rusian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman said on Saturday that both the Kiev authorities and their backers in the West were directly responsible for bloodshed in the Ukrainian city of Odessa, Russian new agencies reported.

"Kiev and its Western sponsors are practically provoking the bloodshed and bear direct responsibility for it," RIA Novosti quoted spokesman Dmitry Peskov as telling reporters.

Peskov also said Friday's violence, in which dozens died, made the idea of holding presidential elections in Ukraine later this month "absurd".

3日、ロシアのドミトリイ・ペスコフ報道官は「ウクライナ情勢がさらにエスカレートしないよう、ロシアはあらゆることをするだろう」と述べ、次のように続けた―

「ロシア指導部は、その方向で一歩一歩前進してゆくだろう。ロシアは事実上、ウクライナ南東部の自衛団に対する影響力を失っており、また自分だけで、ウクライナの国内状況を調整する事も出来ない。キエフ当局と欧米のスポンサー国は、事実上、流血の惨事を挑発しており、その直接的責任を負っている。
ロシア政府は、ウクライナ情勢に関し、欧米諸国と接点を見つけられないでいる。欧米諸国は、この国で起きているプロセスを全く理解していないように見える。米国政府や一連の欧州諸国が2日にオデッサで起きた血塗られた惨事に関連して取った立場は、恥ずべきシニズムである。
ウクライナ南東部の連邦制支持者達は、キエフ当局の側から自分達の命に対する直接的な脅威にさらされており、そんな雰囲気の中で、武器を置き抵抗を止めるよう彼らを説得する事など不可能というものだ。
ウクライナ南東部で燃え上がる暴力の高まりは、5月25日に同国大統領選挙を実施するという考え自体をもナンセンスなものにしてしまう。」
