What you need to realize is that Putin is working masterfully to captivate the minds of the youth in the west. I am from the millennial generation, and many of my peers watch RT news over any news source from America. How many people a few decades ago could have imagined the youth of America would be turning to Russia to find answers to matters pertinent to their concerns and information relevant to issues that affect them? This is the information age and Putin is winning in this arena of information war decisively. Hillary Clinton is one person I have seen address this.
