ロシア外務省は１８日、ウクライナ東部の停戦に向け、ウクライナとロシア、ドイツ、フランスによる１７日の外相協議について、「一定の進展」があったとの見方を示した。
ロシア外務省は、４カ国が自国の首脳に「具体的な提案」を行うため、同じような形で協議を続けることで合意した、と明らかにした。

ロシアのラブロフ外相は１８日、ウクライナ情勢をめぐる４カ国協議で同国に送った人道支援物資に関する全ての問題は解決したと明らかにした。ただ、ウクライナ東部での戦闘について停戦あるいは政治的解決に向けた進展はなかったと述べた。
ロシア、ドイツ、フランスとウクライナは１７日にベルリンで協議。ラブロフ氏は「人道的問題に関しては全ての懸案が解決した」と述べた。
ただ、「停戦や政治プロセスに関する前向きな成果を報告することはできない」と続けた。

Russia on Monday said all objections to it sending a humanitarian convoy to Ukraine had been resolved but said no progress had been made in Berlin talks toward a ceasefire between government and rebel forces in the east of the country.
ウクライナ東部で政府軍と親ロシア派の武装集団との間で激しい戦闘が続くなか、ドイツの首都ベルリンで１７日、ロシアとウクライナ、ドイツ、それにフランスの外相が会談し、事態の打開策に関して話し合いました。
これについてロシアのラブロフ外相は１８日、ベルリンで記者会見し、ロシアがウクライナ東部に向けて送った、支援物資を積んだトラックが国境で足止めされている問題について、「ウクライナ側と合意した」と述べ、近くウクライナ側に向けて出発するという見通しを示しました。
しかしウクライナ政府軍と武装集団の停戦について、ラブロフ外相は、「肯定的な結果をまだ報告することはできない」と述べ、合意には至らなかったことを明らかにしました。
さらに、「ロシアとの国境から数キロのところで戦いが続いている。ロシアの領土を守るための措置を取る」として、国境付近にロシア軍を再び展開する可能性も示唆しました。
ラブロフ外相によりますと、ウクライナ東部での停戦に向け、近いうちに再び４か国の外相が集まって会談する予定だということです。
